I’m Dannie, a wife, mom of littles, creative visionary, educator, and tech-savvy systems girl, who wears a lot of hats — and somehow makes it all flow (with grace, snacks, and Jesus). Rooted & Wellthy was born from my own journey of healing, motherhood, marriage, creativity, and purpose.
I’ve always been the one asking the questions others were afraid to ask. The one challenging the norm, organizing chaos, and creating systems for everyone around me.
I’ve always been into health and fitness, but I really became more passionate about wellness when I was diagnosed with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) and digestive issues. I got tired of struggling and decided to take control of my body, my habits, and my healing. The self-care part came in after I started therapy years ago, and my therapist helped me understand that I didn’t have to let my trauma define me. I could heal, evolve, and create a life that felt good to me. That mindset shift changed everything. I want that for you, too.
This brand is an extension of all of that. It’s more than a vibe. It’s a lifestyle.
my background:
I hold a Bachelor’s in Creative Media Production with an emphasis in Graphic Communication and a minor in Marketing. I’m currently in grad school pursuing my Master’s in Instructional Design. Basically, I’m all about aesthetics, tech, learning, systems, wellness, and helping others thrive.
I’ve been a creative tech girl since the OG dial-up days. From fixing the TV for my grandparents to asking for computers and cameras instead of dolls, and spending hours playing with WordArt, I knew that tech was in my future. Systems became my best friend when I realized I wasn’t failing at life, I was just trying to do everything without structure. Once I started creating systems and routines that worked for me, everything shifted. I stopped settling for mediocrity and started living with intention.
Basically, I’m all about aesthetics, tech, learning, systems, wellness, and helping others thrive.

Do I need to be faith-based to work with you?
Not at all. I’m a woman of faith and that shows up in how I lead, but I welcome clients from all walks of life who align with the heart and vision of my work.
